Custom Agents are free to explore and use until May 3, 2026. Starting May 4, 2026, they will transition to the credit-based add-on for Business and Enterprise plans.

Standard features like AI Meeting Notes and Enterprise Search remain included in Business and Enterprise plans.

• Granular governance: Administrators can set strict permissions on who can build agents and what data can the agent access or edit.
