Wix has partnered with OpenAI to launch an official app within the ChatGPT interface, allowing users to develop websites via conversations with ChatGPT. By using the @wix command, anyone can describe their vision via text or voice to instantly generate a Wix harmony website.

Wix provides end to end creation of websites. Users can go from a single prompt to a live production ready website without leaving ChatGPT. Wix has also integrated business tools in its Wix Harmony setup, providing enterprise grade features such as commerce, payment processing, SEO tools and scheduling.

Existing users can link their accounts to manage performance and make updates through conversational AI. The app utilizes Wix’s Model Context Protocol and OpenAI’s apps SDK to ensure a seamless connection between the chat interface and Wix’s infrastructure.
