Fal has just secured a funding round from prominent investors such as Sequoia and NVDIA. The capital is intended for global scaling and development of advanced generative media features.

Fal is a generative media platform that allows you to choose from 600+ production ready image, audio, video and 3d models, including models such as GPT-Image 1.5 and Nano Banana Pro. Fal allows customers to build products using Fal’s model apis, scale custom AI models with Fal serveless and gain access to thousands of H100, H200 and B200 VMs with Fal compute.

Fal intends to expand their organization. The company currently employs 70 people and is aggressively hiring across all departments, including engineering, design and operations. The company also would like to maintain their market position, keeping up pace with the rapid evolution of generative media in sectors like commerce and design.

Alongside the funding, Fal also introduced Fal Generative Media Fund, providing financial and resource support to emerging startups building within the generative AI scene.
